How do I create an account or log in?▾
Why can’t I see worlds?▾
Worlds are behind the login gate. Log in first, then go to World Hub.
Where do I update my profile?▾
Visit your profile page (tap your name/handle anywhere) and update your world profiles as needed.
Notifications
Where do notifications show up?▾
Go to Notifications. The 🔔 badge in the header shows unread count.
Why didn’t I get a notification right away?▾
If you tipped from Account A to Account B, the receiver (Account B) gets the notification. Also ensure the receiver is logged in and refresh once.
How do I mark notifications as read?▾
Use Mark all read on the notifications page, or click into an item to mark it as read.
Tips & Earnings
How do tips work?▾
Tips are processed by Stripe. After payment, the creator receives a Tip notification and the earning shows under Creator Earnings.
Where can I see tip history as a creator?▾
Go to /creator/earnings and choose a date range (7/30/90/365).
What if Stripe says “completed” but I don’t see it in-app?▾
First, confirm you’re logged into the correct account (receiver). Then open Creator Earnings and Notifications. If it still doesn’t appear, contact support with the Stripe session/event id (if available).

How do I report content?▾
Use the report action on the content (where available). If you’re a staff/admin account, you’ll also see the Reports area.
What happens to reports?▾
Reports are reviewed by staff/admin. During beta, response times can vary, but we track everything for follow-up.
Troubleshooting
I’m stuck or something looks broken. What do I try first?▾
- Refresh the page once.
- Log out and back in.
- Try another browser/device to isolate the issue.
- If it involves payment: include Stripe session/event id when contacting support.
