Help / FAQ

Quick answers about accounts, Worlds, posting, profiles, badges, creator tools, safety, and support.

The Social Circle is live and still growing, so some features may change as the platform improves.

Account & Access

Signing in, account access, and profiles.

How do I create an account or log in?
Use Sign up if you are new, or Log in if you already have an account. If you forgot your password, use the reset option on the login screen.
Why do I need an account to see or use some areas?
Some parts of The Social Circle only work when the platform knows who you are. Posting, reacting, commenting, profiles, messages, notifications, badges, and some World settings need an account.

Public or preview areas may show what the platform is about, but the full social experience is for logged-in users.
Where do I manage my profile?
Open your profile from your name, handle, or avatar inside the platform.

The Social Circle has a global profile and World-specific profile areas. That means your identity can show a little differently depending on whether someone is viewing you in Social Circle, Social Lite, Circle Snap, Gamers Circle, or Circle Vision.

Worlds

What each World is for and how Home Feed fits in.

What are Worlds?
Worlds are dedicated spaces for different kinds of content. They help keep your social footprint organized instead of forcing every post into one chaotic feed.
What is each World for?
  • Social Circle: deeper posts and community conversations
  • Social Lite: quick thoughts and short updates
  • Circle Snap: photos and moments
  • Gamers Circle: gaming posts, clips, streams, and future LFG tools
  • Circle Vision: video content and creator posts
  • Home Feed: connected feed across enabled Worlds
Is Home Feed its own World?
No. Home Feed connects content from the platform, but it is not meant to replace the individual Worlds. If you want to post into a specific space, go to that World directly.
Where should I post?
Post in the World that best fits what you are sharing. Photos fit Circle Snap. Gaming content fits Gamers Circle. Video content fits Circle Vision. Quick thoughts fit Social Lite. Deeper posts fit Social Circle.

Posting, Profiles & Badges

How content, identity, and badges work across the platform.

Can I delete or edit my posts?
Some content can be edited or deleted where that feature is available. The platform is still growing, so not every surface may have the same controls yet.
Why does my name, badge, or profile look different in different places?
The Social Circle supports World-specific identity. A profile, badge, or display choice may depend on the World or page someone is viewing.

Global badges can appear across eligible profile areas. World-specific badges should stay tied to the matching World.
What are badges?
Badges are identity and support markers. Some badges may be earned, some may be tied to early support or platform participation, and some may be World-specific. You may be able to choose which badges are public or displayed depending on the badge and profile area.

Tips, Earnings & Support

Payments, creator earnings, and support features.

How do tips or paid support features work?
Payments are handled through Stripe where paid support, tips, founder/supporter items, or creator tools are available. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider, not stored directly by The Social Circle.
Where can creators see earnings or payout requests?
If creator earnings are available to your account, go to Creator Earnings.

This area may show earnings, history, and payout request options depending on the current stage of the platform.
Are creator payouts automatic?
Not fully yet. Early creator payout tools may use manual review while safer payout automation is developed. Payouts may be reviewed, delayed, held, reduced, or denied if there are refunds, disputes, fraud concerns, abuse, or payment provider issues.

Safety, Reports & Privacy

Reporting problems and finding policy information.

How do I report content or a problem?
Use the report option where it is available. If the issue is bigger than one post, email support@thesocialcircle.world and include the page, what happened, and screenshots if they help.
How do blocks work?
Blocking is meant to help reduce unwanted contact and visibility between users. The exact behavior may vary depending on the feature, but the goal is to help users protect their space.
Where do I find the rules and privacy info?
Read the Terms of Service for platform rules and the Privacy Notice for how information is handled.
