The Social Circle™ is an experimental social platform currently in early beta, operated by an individual based in Canada.

2. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using The Social Circle™, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Eligibility

The Social Circle™ is intended for users aged 13 or older. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support@thesocialcircle.world.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting on The Social Circle™, you grant The Social Circle™ a worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, display, and distribute your content within the platform as needed to operate and improve the service.

You agree not to post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually exploitative, or that infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

6. Beta nature / no guarantees

The service is provided as an early beta. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. There may be bugs, downtime, data loss, or other issues.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Social Circle™ and its operator are not liable for any loss of data, loss of access, or other damages arising from use of the beta service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to The Social Circle™ at any time if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, or for any other reason related to safety or operation of the platform. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion.

8. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as the platform evolves. When they change, the “Last updated” date will be revised and we may provide notice within the app. Your continued use of The Social Circle™ after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
