1. Who we are
The Social Circle™ is a social platform operated by an independent operator based in Canada. The platform provides community features, content sharing, and creator-focused tools.
2. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using The Social Circle™, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
3. Eligibility
The Social Circle™ is intended for users aged 13 years or older. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that your use complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

By posting content, you grant The Social Circle™ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the platform solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the service.
You agree not to post content that is:
- illegal or unlawful
- hateful, harassing, or threatening
- sexually exploitative or abusive
- infringing on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
- misleading in a way that causes harm or deception
6. Platform operation and availability
The Social Circle™ is an evolving platform. Features may be added, modified, limited, or removed as the service develops.
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we aim to provide a reliable experience, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or data preservation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Social Circle™ and its operator are not liable for loss of data, service interruptions, or other damages resulting from use of the platform.
7. Enforcement and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to The Social Circle™ if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in behavior that threatens the safety or integrity of the community or service.
You may stop using the platform at any time and may request account deletion by contacting support@thesocialcircle.world.
8. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect platform changes or legal requirements. When updates occur, the “Last updated” date will be revised. Continued use of The Social Circle™ after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
