The Social Circle is a social platform built and operated in Canada. These Terms are the basic rules for using it.
By using The Social Circle, you agree to follow these rules. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the platform.

1. Who these terms apply to
These Terms apply to anyone who uses The Social Circle whether you’re just browsing, making an account, posting, messaging, or using paid support features.
2. Age and legal use
You must be at least 13 years old to use The Social Circle.
You also agree to use the platform lawfully. That means no fraud, no illegal activity, no harassment, and nothing that puts other users or the platform at risk.
3. Your account
You’re responsible for your account, your password, and the activity that happens under your login.
Please keep your login details secure. If you think someone got into your account without permission, contact support as soon as possible at support@thesocialcircle.world.
4. What you post
What you create is still yours.
But by posting content on The Social Circle, you give permission for that content to be hosted, stored, displayed, shared, and used inside the platform as needed to make the service work.
That includes things like showing your posts in feeds, displaying your profile, and making your content visible where the product is designed to show it.
You’re responsible for what you post, and for making sure it doesn’t break the law or violate someone else’s rights.
5. What you cannot do here
Don’t use The Social Circle to post, upload, share, or promote content that is:
- illegal
- fraudulent or intentionally deceptive in a harmful way
- hateful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
- sexually exploitative or predatory
- spammy, malicious, or meant to disrupt the platform
- infringing on someone else’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
Don’t try to break the service, abuse the system, dodge moderation, or use the platform in a way that harms other users.
6. Moderation and enforcement
I want The Social Circle to be usable, safe, and worth being on.
That means content may be removed, visibility may be limited, and accounts may be warned, suspended, or banned if needed to protect users, enforce these Terms, or keep the platform running properly.
Not every moderation decision will be perfect, but action may be taken when something clearly crosses the line.
7. How the platform works
The Social Circle includes different worlds, feeds, and profile surfaces. Some parts of the platform work differently than others.
The Home Feed may pull in content from enabled worlds. Other areas may have their own posting style, profile behavior, or identity display depending on how that part of the product is built.
8. Paid features, support, badges, and creator tools
Some parts of the platform may involve paid features, including creator support, founder or supporter items, badges, tips, or related tools.
Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Stripe, and their own terms and policies may also apply.
Because The Social Circle is still evolving, paid features, earnings tools, badges, or payout-related functions may change, be paused, or be removed over time.
9. Platform availability
The Social Circle is a growing platform, and some parts of it will change over time.
Features may be added, updated, paused, limited, or removed. I do my best to keep things working, but I can’t promise the platform will always be available, error-free, or free from bugs, outages, or occasional data issues.
The platform is provided as is and as available.
10. Suspension, removal, and ending access
Access to all or part of the platform may be limited or removed if these Terms are broken, the service is abused, legal or safety issues come up, or continuing access creates risk for the platform or its users.
You can stop using The Social Circle at any time.

11. Liability
Using an online platform comes with risk.
To the extent allowed by law, The Social Circle and its operator are not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses tied to your use of the platform. That includes things like downtime, loss of access, loss of content, service interruptions, or issues caused by third-party providers that are outside direct control.
12. Changes to these terms
These Terms may be updated as The Social Circle changes.
If that happens, the Last updated date will be changed here. By continuing to use the platform after changes are posted, you agree to the updated Terms.
